Could not get through on the telephone. Went into surgery to request urgent appointment due to abdominal pains but was told by dismissive, rude, unhelpful and inept receptionist that earliest appointment would be two and a half weeks later. Saw GP after insisting on an appointment and spent six days in hospital after being diagnosed with appendicitis. Now registered with another practice after appalling treatment here which could have resulted in a fatality. | ||||||

Dr Stockton is fantastic, due to mental health issues my appointment lasted longer than expected,was very understanding and nothing was too much trouble.just a shame that reception are not so helpful not all but one in particular.cant fault the doctors | ||||||

Moved to this practice a few years ago it’s brilliant all the gps nursing staff and reception staff are great | ||||||
