Today I saw Prasanna Selvaraj who diagnosed a frozen shoulder he was excellent at explaining things treating it etc and I came away very happy. I have exercises to try and a gel to collect from Pharmacy- this Practitioner has a lovely manner and seemed very knowledgeable. |

A successful practice if you look at the number of Tesla s parked in the front. However the patient experience is difficult, demeaning and sometimes dangerous. Always at least 25 people in the queue on the telephone. Email requests are frequently not answered. The call back and text message system do not always work. Tried to attend reception in person but there are more screens up than receptionists behind them and I was told to go home and get back in the phone queue. Woeful. |

I have never had any issues with the Surgery the staff have always been very helpful my online requests are always answered and managed to get an app up until now. I have been really poorly with covid and requested an app on 28th. I had a reply asking me to call katie rd walking centre. I must have called them more than 10 times and every time they were busy. I even called 111 as I was really ill. My call was in a queue after 30mins I had to give up as all I wanted to was sleep. I again requested an app to at the Surgery and my request was trested as duplicate and got the same response as yesterday to call Katie Rd. Again they were constantly busy. I'm still not well. I don't understand why I request for app was treated as duplicate I clearly stated I had tried to call both Katie Rd and 111. I have been left feeling very ill when I probably only need some antibiotics. |
