I went last week to pick up a blood test form for a repeat blood test and was given a form belonging to a different patient on the 20/09/2023. I found out this on Sunday 24/09/2023. This is not appropriate to make this kind of mistake. The receptionist that saw me was a black female with fuzzy hair and long. | ||||||
