My name is Paul Graham I am a patient of trinity medical centre for the past week I have been trying to get a Sick note with all my conditions on for universal credit I have spinocerebellar ataxia serve cellebar apthony depression and nerve pain in left arm and all I get is a sick note saying depression on it I have spent 30 pounds getting taxi's down in two days as have difficulty walking I have been on telephone to all I get is we will send the updated sick note in txt what I have found out is the benefits office have told them not to give me one now I have put in a complaint in and will complain to the medical ombasson and my mp about practice and about the benefits department |

I went into the surgery to ask a question regarding a blood test I have had which had been worrying me, I was met with an extremely hostile receptionist who felt it was necessary to tell me that there are several thousand patients and I would have to wait for the results, I felt totally belittled and never want to go to this surgery again. There are some long standing receptionists that are lovely but this episode has made up my mind with this surgery I am changing it and never going back. You do not expect to go to a surgery and be treated with such hostile aggression especially when you are nervous about results. I cannot believe that receptionists are allowed to work in a doctors practice with an attitude like that. and although I am only in my 30's I feel sorry for the elderly patients or people that are less able to deal with that level of aggression when going to the doctors for help. Trinity will lose a lot more patients because of their less than professional receptionists and they really need to sort this out appalling surgery staff ! Out of hours service here is excellent. Have used it for my kids on a number of occasions and I've always been impressed. Thank you. |
