I ordered my prescription on Monday or Tuesday. The receptionist I spoke to said she would put it through for me. I phoned the Surgery today, and they're closed for training. I'm running out of my medication. I phoned our Chemist today the 16/ 3/23, and my prescription hasn't gone through. I'm just so fed up with one particular receptionist. She's not doing her job right. There's only one receptionist who listens to me, and she is fast at getting things done for me.

I came today , to have my knee checked , and X-ray, I had burst vein over my knee, the staff was professional , got me all sorted out, lady’s name was Caroline. ?? thank you so much ??
