I accompanied my Wife for a Colostomy at Living Care in the Fountain Medical Centre. We attend on Wednesday 4th August but the large clock calendar on the Reception wall showed 2nd August; poor attention to 'kerbside appeal.' The Reception desk was confusing as to whether to speak to the Staffer or just sit down. During my Wife's appointment I sat in Reception and heard/observed the Receptionist repeatedly unable to understand attendees reasons for being there or their requests for further appointments. I enquired of the desk about the length of time my Wife had been at her appointment and I was told that Living Care are nothing to do with the GP Surgery/Medical Centre. Not very helpful and very poor attitude, I will raise with CCG and CQC. | ||||||

The staff on front desk was very helpful on the 4th of October 2019 @ 9.25am and went above and beyond to help with my enquiry I had . | ||||||

Appointments are cancelled at the will of the nurses and the receptionist staff are rude and shocking.
N consideration for patients and getting an appointment is almost impossible. Would not recommend this practice at all | ||||||
