They all are cowards not doctors! Everyone are talking only about covid jabs how the staff is helpful but nobody says how very difficult is to get help from them if you have medical problems. They even refused to see children!!! Disgusting cowards who should changed profession. | ||||||

I always get good care and service from this practice. However at my latest visit I saw the doctor. I was very upset during the consultation and told him so as I felt he did not listen to me or consider how I felt with regard to getting referred to a specialist. His tone was aggressive and dismissive, and I told him that he sounds very rude and I don't like the way he is speaking to me I was close to tears and was in tears afterwards. I will have to call again on another day to see one of the GP's of the surgery, rather than him. It felt like he was in competition to start talking louder and just kept repeating himself, not listening to me at all. | ||||||

I arrived at my usual GP Surgery 8am, was 3rd in the queue to ask for an appointment. The receptionist was very helpful and was able to give me an appointment with the GP of my choice. This was at another surgery in the group practice but was not a problem. The doctor I saw was very helpful and reassured me in the concerns I had. I can go back if the problem gets worse or causes me any more trouble | ||||||
