I have been able to get an appointment easily today with my preferred doctor who has been very supportive. I feel very well cared for and Dr Ahmed really listens. The admin staff are friendly and respectful. | ||||||

I have absolutely no problems with the medical centre. I can ring at 8 o clock and usually can get an appointment the same day or a telephone call. From reception staff who are usually polite and understanding and the amazing Dr Ahmed who is a very kind compassionate man. He has been amazing with my mum nothing is too much trouble for him at looking after mum and being genuinely concerned for all the family. I would highly recommend the surgery. | ||||||

I have recently joined Shadwell Medical Centre as a temporary patient, following a recommendation from my family. They have been excellent during the whole transfer process and been extremely understanding and accommodating. I saw a particular doctor with my son, he was very thorough and listened to my circumstances and explained his recommendations for investigations and treatment very clearly. They have issued repeat prescriptions without a problem and the lovely receptionists (who are a great asset to the practice )have called me to advise when test results have come back to advise me of the next action. So pleased my daughter-in-law recommended this surgery. Very happy patient. | ||||||
