Dear Avenue Surgery Team,
This is to pass on to you our most sincere thanks and appreciation for having and retaining competent and highly responsible Team Members.
We have always thought that if any organisation and paramountly a key one such as NHS, owned a small critical mass of totally dedicated and focussed members/teams, we could secure a truly enriched society Country-wide. We believe, working practices and connectedness between services and Teams are well co-ordinated minimising response time to patients needs/cases which is of absolute importance.
Please pass on our utmost gratitude to the front end, secretariat, Medical, Medical Tests specialists (blood, Diabetese...) and other team members of Support Teams.

All the doctors and support staff are friendly and responsive. They act very quickly on test results and listen to patients concerns.
Never any problems in getting an appointment. This was a very poor practice until a change of senior partner. I love the doctors, they're delightful. Currently can't access on-line services to book an appointment. Usual issues about difficulties of phone contact which is typical of most GP surgeries. Response of reception staff ranges from very kind to lacking in charm. Lovely garden. | ||||||
