Staff don't care about patients, and can't even be bothered to mask for a covid vaccination service for vulnerable people. Eugenicist, ableist, practise with no respect for disabled patients. Will punish you for trying to complain. Should be ashamed of themselves. | ||||||

Why can’t the phone be answered? I was told I was 15 minutes in the queue this led to 30 minutes, then the phone rang, & rang, & rang and that went on for a further 10 minutes. This is an ongoing problem at this practice and not the first time it’s happened, luckily I only live 15 minutes walk and not a bus ride away!! No wonder people get a little bit annoyed, what’s the point in the practice having a phone when no one bothers to answer!? | ||||||
