This surgery is by far the best GP surgery I have registered with. The Doctors are always kind and courteous and most importantly willing to listen. I feel involved in all aspects of my care and can ask questions or raise points with my GP whenever I feel they are appropriate. I never feel brushed off or dismissed and my questions are always answered in a professional manner. The Doctors genuinely care about their patients and this shows in their approach. The nurses are lovely and provide an excellent service and the Receptionists are always friendly and helpful | ||||||

I recently went to the practice for my first Cervical Cancer Screening.
Somewhat typically I was incredibly nervous and kept pushing back the appointment.
Upon finally attending the appointment I can honestly not speak highly enough of the Nurse I saw. She explained very clearly exactly what was to happen and I felt relaxed and comfortable. After the test, she explained exactly what would happen next and should I need to return for further treatment what that would involve. The whole process was over in less that a minute and I felt comfortable and informed throughout. | ||||||

The last 16 months has been terrible after having the wrong test. I have had 8 wrong referrals and had to go through citizens advice and pals for someone to take me seriously. All the time my condition was becoming worse and gp visits leave you feeling they want you in and out as quickly as possible so things get missed . Ok for run of the mill conditions but a shame as they are good Drs but efficiency and computers have taken over from care. So hopefully on right track after not been able to get a referral diagnosed let alone a diagnosis. | ||||||
