Spoke to the receptionist the other week to arrange a blood test as i recieved a letter frlm the hospital asking me to do so, she said i needed a blood form and that they cant access the hospital system. I had to ring the hospital which they told me the doctors can she it but i asked her to send me a blood form out anyway. I had to wait a few weeks for it as my consultant was away. I rung the doctors back today and spoke to the same receptionist which told me the nurses arnt doing bloods requested by the hospital so i now have to go back to the hospital. Baring in mind these bloods i need are to see if im all clear from my previous cancer. Would not reccomend going here absolutly useless | ||||||

I have been going to the same surgery for over 30 years. Yes none urgent apt can take weeks to get. I normally book online. But if you ring up at 8.15 explain it's urgent they normally get a gp to ring you back same day and if need be, get in to see the dr the same day.. The reception staff and admin always seem to be helpful and efficient. The apt are slotted in 10 min apt I have been in with my regular gp he never rushes me and ocassions I have run over the time slot, but never felt rushed or not listened to. I can only praise the whole of this gp surgery.. The gp surgery has extended the opening hours and open some Saturdays so I think they are doing the best they can. | ||||||

Never had any problems at church view doctors have always looked after me so have nurses and reception always ring me for consultations very good | ||||||
