First Class Professional Patient Service After ringing the surgery early morning I spoke with Vicky (Receptionist) who was very polite and understanding, booked me an appointment to speak with a Dr on the same day. Dr Martin Sutcliffe rang me and took the time for me to explain my illness - it was evident that patient care is paramount. Well Done AMC. | ||||||

Who gives these fake reviews? Try it yourself. It's near impossible to get an appointment booked in, the receptionists are rude and arrogant, carelessly giving patients unverified and unconfirmed information; I've been trying to book an appointment by calling before 8AM for over 6 months and have had to go to another medical practice to deal with my kidney stones. Worst service ever I don't believe any of these 5 star reviews, I have seen the way staff talk to patients especially the elderly, pathetic, you can't keep blaming NHS overload, logistics, organisation and communication can change things. Shut this place down. | ||||||

Trying to get through to anyone in this practice from 0800 is a joke. Y ou can spend an hour on the phone from 0800 and then when someone answers you can be told there are no more appointments or call backs available.All theses 5 star reports are a con, all this practice is interested in is money. As much money for as little work as possible .Try another practice,this one is a joke. , | ||||||
