This surgery has the most unfriendly staff. They are talking down to you and are not helpful at all. It seems like they don't want you to see the doctor. Never smiling, never friendly, never helpful, not giving you any advice. I'm always angry after I've spoken to them. | ||||||

After reading the reviews I felt compelled to write this
The surgery offer on the day appointments which is a fantastic service if you need to be seen straight away.
I have found that the doctors will always make time to listen to you and investigate any problems thoroughly.
The reception staff have always been thoroughly professional on the phone & face to face even when you know they are extremely busy
I would recommend this surgery and the team as first class | ||||||

I've been to many GP surgeries and this one is by far the worst. Doctors are more interested in arguing with you than treating symptoms and have terrible bedside manner. The nurse was good when I wentnfor birth control and the reception staff are helpful. The doctors themselves seem to have no intention of helping patients manage chronic conditions and do not allow for any involvement in decisions. If you just need a dr that will say "this is what's wrong we can/cant help you" this is the place to go but if you need long term management and care I suggest you go anywhere else. They're not interested in anyone who advocates for themselves and their rights when it comes to healthcare. Very very very disappointed in this surgery and I hope that no ones care is affected to a dangerous point. | ||||||
