Not good Receptionists and phone system needs to change. Only 2 to 3 receptionists are good They always seem to have their own new rules in place which no one is aware about |

Only one of the doctors here is good, the rest are useless and have an attitude, don't seem to care for the patients, everyone's just a number.
I tried to get an appointment this morning, rang from 8am, 297 calls consecutively. Finally got through at 9:25 am and was on hold 9min before actually speaking to an advisor and then being told there are NO appointments available and I should call back again tomorrow to go through this ridiculous process again.
The online service is just as bad, there are never any slots available to book and so you have no choice but to call up.
Receptionist are rude, talk in a demeaning manner, believe they are in position to decide who gets an appointment and who doesn't, question in detail why you want to see the doctor and then decline you anyway.
I do not recommend the services of this practice to anyone. Save yourself the headache, you'll probably get depression on top of any other illness just from trying to get an appointment with the GP. |

The doctors are very professional and very helpful, cannot say enough about the doctors I see. Its the receptionist that need some training customer services, do they think it’s exceptable to be rude and curt with people or to put the phone down on patients. My husband has been refused his inhalers yesterday because he needs an asthma review... but if patients are un-aware they need a review have are they supposed to attend these clinic’s? And how are the patients who work expected to attend when the practice nurse only works till 4pm? That isn’t putting the patient needs first? I was lead to believe that you cannot leave a patient without meds??? Maybe a recall system needs putting in place and putting into action?? Get the receptionist to do this and less chatting. |
