Slow, rude service. The reception staff I spoke to were unable to answer my questions, instead of trying to find out an answer they just shrugged their shoulders and said ‘I don’t know’ which is no help whatsoever. | ||||||

I've always been able to get an appointment when I really really need one. Reception staff have always been kind. The doctor I saw today is the most patient, thorough, kindest doctor, really explained everything and i left feeling informed and relieved.
I noticed, while waiting, there was a poster saying 159 appointments had not been attended in Nov by patients wasting 27 hours of doctor time. This is outrageous. As patients, we too need to take responsibility for the nhs and not calling to cancel an appointment is such a simple thing and totally unacceptable. Every single one of those is an appointment that somebody who really needs it could have had.
Anyway, despite this I've still always received an excellent service. Thank you. | ||||||
