Everytime I’ve rang up for my daughter who is now five months it’s always the same thing! No appointments ring back 8am although this is what I’d been doing everyday! Take her to the walk in centre which I did to be told you should have got a gp appointment! And been told the same again today! Now given me an appointment in a couple of weeks? When the appointment is needed as soon as? Ridiculous oh and to top it off your waiting ages for the phones to be answered and when you finally get through they make out they can’t hear you and cut you off for you to be waiting again! Would not recommend using this surgery! Most definitely will be changing |

I've always found the staffs and doctors gave friendly professional and helpful service.I do not understand have some people do not be bit more patience.Every where you go hospital,clinic,etc staffs have hard work keeping every one happy.If every one try to be bit more cheerful,happy,and smile on face,it would be less stressful and for go the anger in them.once again I only thank the staffs and the doctors for the professional and helpful service provided. |

Friendly and helpful staff,
easy to get appointment
doctors are professional and helpful.
CQC report and rating of the surgery is also very good |
