Waiting for standing order of Stoma bags from Ainsworths, chasing them up find Newsome Surgery not processed the authorisation, this is only one of several examples of the service, staff are changing at a rapid rate so its not just patients that are dissatisfied | ||||||

I re-ordered prescriptions on systomline which is the way forward now for ordering prescriptions this was on the 27th of September I have just been online now to find out out why I have not got the prescriptions I ordered and it says status undetermined so if there was a problem why didn't the receptionist pick up the phone and tell me. ??? Absolutely disgraceful. | ||||||
