GP's not interested in patients. We are threatened by one (female) GP in answerphone message and that's before we can even hope to get through to Reception. She informs us that they do not agree with new NHS rules - why tell us, we can't do anything about it? Reception area usually empty, GP's hardly ever available (2 weeks for an urgent issue) and if they can fob you off to a trainee then that's the way this Health Centre is run. I am appalled and two of the three GP's should be ashamed of themselves. |

Just about impossible to get appointment my partner spent 90 minutes on phone this morning 18th in que finally at 0955 number 1 in que finally answered 1015 would not give appointment told have to phone between 0800-1000 terrible service. |

Been trying to get through to chemist for a hour, nobody answers phone, diabolical service, as for getting to speak to anyone on reception takes about 20minutes on a good day, after having to listen to a recording of vailed threats about abusing staff, as for actually seeing a doctor forget it. |
