Typical waiting times for this surgery seem to be around 8 days. By that time you're either better or in hospital. I'm not surprised that A&E depts have been inundated with sufferers. Also, the opening times are a joke. They say they are open at 8.15am. Technically this is right but there will be no doctors until 9am and they do not answer the phone. Also, when they are not answering the phone you can go through to a emergency centre. Here the phone puts you on hold for 20 minutes whilst telling you that you are in a queue and they know you are there.......then it hangs up on you!! If we didn't think that other doctors in the area were equally as hopeless, we'd move to a different practice. | ||||||
