I had to say how grateful I was when yesterday I was helped with my 2year old. I was transferred by my gp to have my daughter checked up in the clinic, because it's is not my usual practice. I parked in the wrong place, but It was never the problem for the receptionist to come out and show me the way to the car park. She was very helpful and supportive, and said not to worry since she would mark me as 'arrived' so I didn't have to come to the reception at all (was worried not to take my little one to too much contact with other people). I also cannot stress enough how nice and caring was the doctor. He said he hoped we weren't waiting too long. (We waited less than a minute) He was very patient with my little one. And despite I came worried for my daughter condition I came out really relieved. Doctor checked her up and took my worries into much consideration. I was given more than enough explanation and assurance that we are in the right pathway with treating her. Thank you ever so much to a doctor and a receptionist for being so professional and caring for helping me and my daughter out. |

Have been ringing several times and chased up 10 times for a doctor to call me back over the last 3 days, when ringing for an update staff say someone rang (time) when no phone call is made, it’s annoying because I need to speak to a doctor and no one else has problems coming through to my number, have messed me about several times! Absolute shocking service all round will be looking elsewhere to transfer! Appalling Appaling service! |

This practice has had a few poor reviews, however they are definitely not deserved.
These bad reviews are obviously from people who haven't got what they wanted, so they thought they'd complain.
I visited there recently and had an appointment with their new nurse, who is really lovely. I rang to make an appointment beforehand, and was told that I could have one that same day, or the next day. Perfect! I also needed to see a GP, but had to wait a little while longer, however I could book an appointment online to see the GP that I preferred. I went home and done just that. There are lots of appointments available online. Some people don't want to use this service though, and would prefer to complain! This isn't fair.
While I was in the waiting room, I heard some of the abuse that the receptionist had to put up with. It was disgusting. They didn't deserve to be spoken to like that. They're only doing their job.
Patient at this surgery should start to treat the staff with respect, stop complaining, and if they're still not happy, go register elsewhere! |
