I recently have had to attend the surgery for consultation followed by blood test and ECG. On both occasions the staff were excellent. They were friendly, competent and informative. I was treated respectfully and efficiently. | ||||||

Opening times on website are incorrect. Only discovered this after phoning continually for an hour between 8am (when website stated practice opened) till 9am.. following this, under great pain, I visited surgery to find it all locked up with no information on surgery times! I have been with Haigh Hall for 13 years and service appears to have gone down hill since Affinity Care took over. | ||||||
