    Went for a blood test today. My appointment was on time. Treat with respect. Receptionists always pleasant.

    During the last couple of months have had to see the doctors about my blood pressure. Always had things explained, treated with respect and at no time the doctors made me feel I was wasting their time. Hoping that the surgery carries on with open surgery on a morning. All staff are very proffesional, and friendly. Thank you.

    during the last few months I have had trouble getting used to change of medication. Each time I have seen a female doctor she has explained any side effects I might have. Very kind to me.Never felt I was wasting her time. I always find all the staff at Cowgill Surgery very pleasant.
