Needed to register my grandson at this practice and I am so glad I did. Attended surgery and was provided with an application pack. Delivered this to reception and was advised I would get a call back when registration was confirmed. This was done a short time later. An online request was submitted the same day and due to his debilitating condition he was seen by Dr Peach at the surgery. She was professional, friendly and efficient explaining everything well. The requisite tests were quickly organised. I have nothing but the highest praise for the reception staff who were efficient, friendly and welcoming. Well done everyone and thank you so much. | ||||||

I have been a patient at haworth for over 80 yes 80 years and have nothing but thanks and gratitude for the service I have always received from many different doctors over this period please remember it is a service you are receiving and you are not the only patient requiring treatment.. | ||||||

Dear Haworth GP, I am writing to express my concerns about the level of support I am receiving for my mental health. Despite me and my therapist asking for a medication review, I have not received the support that we feel is necessary. As a result, my symptoms of borderline personality disorder have worsened, and I am struggling to control my emotional splits on my own. I am deeply concerned about the impact this is having on my wellbeing, and the wellbeing of those around me who are trying hard to support me. I am worried that if I do not receive the necessary support, which includes a medication review, I may end up harming myself as I am struggling to stabilise my mood. I understand that you are likely dealing with a high volume of patients as I have spent many hours on the phone trying to get through (while writing this I am currently number 43 in the queue), but I urge you to take my concerns seriously and review my medication ASAP. | ||||||
