This is a really nice GP practise. The staff at the front are always helpful and I don't have problems getting to see somebody when I need to. I hear my friends talk about how long they have to wait to see their GP and am shocked, I don't understand how they could wait that long? Well done to all of the staff for making this a great practise. | ||||||

This is one of the best gp surgerys i have a child with very complex health problems i have never ever had any problems getting his medication or appoinment even for myself always come across helpful gps and the receptionists are all lovely and do there best to help never had any attitudes iv been to a few gp surgeries in amd around north shields this is definitly the best so far i just hope when i move we are still in catchment area as i wouldnt feel comfortable going else where also the little boots pharmacy attached to surgery there all friendly and helpful in there to ?? | ||||||

I called the surgery to book a GP appointment which I was very surprised to find out I could get in the same day, on arrival I checked in and was notified by the reception team that the GP was delayed. The receptionist was very professional and asked the reason I needed to see the GP so I was booked in with the right person. The GP did not rush my appointment and treated me with dignity and respect. | ||||||
