Disgusting receptionists. They have no manners and are rude. My son recently died and when his partner rang to inform them there was no sorry just OK il deduct him from list. Absolutely appalling behaviour. I hope someone speaks to you like this when a member of your family dies. Iv been in surgery and heard them speaking to people on phone in an abrupt manner. Work somewhere else where you are not dealing with vulnerable people . I wouldn't even give you the 2.7 rating you have. | ||||||

The receptionists at hadrian Park are so rude except 1. My son died a few weeks ago and when his partner rang to inform them there was no Sorry for your loss. It was just a OK il deduct him from the list. Disgusting behaviour. Iv been in surgery and heard them speaking to patients on phone in an abrupt manner. They need a lesson in customer curtesy. Disgusting behaviour I hope someone treats their relatives in this manner. 2.7 rating I would give them zero. | ||||||

I have been with this practice for over twenty years and have always found the receptionists, nurses and doctors to be helpful, professional and very pleasant. My only criticisms are the telephone service and availability of appointments on line. | ||||||
