Try to bood a blood test and feet check this morning was on the phone for a hour was told off this nasty women could not get one till after 19th this places need sort out | ||||||

This GP practice has provided medical support to my parents and I since I was a child. My father passed away over the Christmas after a period of illness with multiple problems. Throughout this time we could not fault the care provided by the doctors and nurses at this practice and throughout the NHS as a whole. Towards the end we had to call on the services on numerous occasions and they were always responsive and took ownership of getting the help my father required. Following his passing I informed the receptionist and she showed great kindness and empathy and advised she would inform the relevant people. Within a couple of hours both my mam and I received personal calls of condolence from his GP and the nurses who had provided the most recent support. Thank you to you all for your looking after my Dad and for providing care and support during this difficult time. | ||||||

Over 126 call between 8am and 8.11 still cannot get through this is disgusting service | ||||||
