No one is going to pretend it is easy to run a medical practice and not everyone is going to be happy. Taking into consideration resources, COVID and underfunding that is rife within the NHS - I have been more than satisfied by the superior care given by the nurses, the friendly reception staff and ongoing follow-up. Thank you. |

I called today for my repeated prescription and was told I have been removed from their registry. I have not registered with another gp. I have been with this gp for 20 years and I moved home last November and updated my address with them without problem and now without any notice they removed me. I need to register as a new patient. And it may take days. How can I not be notified that I am removed from their practice. |

Was told I would receive a letter confirming an appointment for a scan at the hospital. I never received the letter. I missed my scan at the hospital - which they told me by text. Why not just text me the appointment in the first place? Why are we still relying on letters in 2023? Just send me a text message! I would have made the appointment. Not happy. |
