I have been in this practice since I was born and I am 65 years old now this used to be a great Drs but unfortunately since the retirement of dr bookless it has went extremely down hill ? Unhelpful receptionists are probably the main reason ? If you can get through within 5 minutes you have done well most calls take longer ? They keep on changing the appointment system every time you ring ? Need to sort the regime out |

Have been with this practise for many years , can always get to speak to Doctor usually by phone then going to see them as necessary. Having had three major operations in the last 18 months, the care I received from the Doctors, Staff and District Nurses was superb. Good go practise I always manage to get an appointment all staff. Are helpful and polite and friendly |
