You can never get an appointment when you want. They tell you to book it 2 weeks in advance but how do you know you’re going to be ill 2 weeks from that date? Doctors do not take in patient’s feelings and lack empathy. I’ve experienced a Dr telling me to just go back to work because my grieving should be over and there was nothing more I could do about it. However, most recepionists, the nurses and my family Dr are lovely! Just a shame they work in this practice. I for ine can not wait to move area and register to another GP practice. |

I can usually get an appointment when I need one. The reception staff are helpful and clinicians always give me great advice. Why is it I have to wait a week to speak to a doctor in this practice a week on on Friday all I want is a prescription.it has give me the push I need to change doctors got to be the worst doctors around it's a bit like faulty towers |
