I have attended this surgery for approx 20yrs and I have always had excellent service from the GP's and the receptionists. In this day and age it's not always easy to get the appointment you want but the surgery will do everything they can to have you seen asap. So far I haven't had any problems seeing a Dr when needed. The staff treat you really well and talk to you about your needs and your health requirements and you don't feel like you're on a conveyor belt, in and out. I'm very happy with Saville and have no wish to go elsewhere. | ||||||

been trying to get appointment with my doctor for my mental health issues.cant get one as receptionist tell me i have to ring on the day to get one.i start ringing at 10 to 8 on day. I've been told says not open till 8. Keep trying - when it gets to 8 phone always engaged, then get through at 20 past and all the appointments are always gone. There makeing me more ill. It always seems to be problems about appointments. need to see my doctor.been trying to get appointment for two weeks | ||||||
