just found out that my optician sent them a letter (email) in February this year asking them to refer me for cataract surgery at the rvi, the optician can prove the email was sent, crawcrook medical centre have not referred me and i have only just found out, they cant explain why there is no referral, my optician has spent 3 days trying to contact them, website down, email down, impossible to get through on phone, i have also tried to ring them, impossible. they are a disgrace and i am going to contact legal firm on advertising on tv prosecuting nhs incompetance | ||||||

Always been able to get through, receptionists friendly and helpful, always had appointment when I needed one. | ||||||
