I've been registered with Chain bridge since moving to Blaydon 20+years ago. I've seen positive changes recently on appointment wait times, which I welcome as waiting time is much reduced, I'm touching wood as I've had some terrible experiences in the past! The care & understanding I've been shown more recently has been excellent & much appreciated, long may this continue, huge thanks. |

I had an 11 o’ clock appointment with Dr. Williams. I arrived a few minutes early but after twenty five minutes I had still not been seen. I informed the receptionist of this and she merely shrugged her shoulders and said that Dr. Williams was on the telephone. After forty minutes I was still waiting to be seen and was now rather upset. I walked out of the surgery because I was late for another appointment. I understand that there are medical emergencies that need attention but really, waiting for forty minutes is a step too far, especially as no explanation was given. In the past I have had good service but this incident has shaken my good opinion of the practice. |

Left in tears after been spoken down to by a jumped up nurse, what ever happened to caring for people? Definitely in the wrong profession, sadley it's the same with 1 or 2 doctors there also. One doctor in particular was very nice, but sadley cannot say the same for others |
