my parents are patients at this surgery and staff and Dr's have been so helpful.
my mother needed assistance with her prescription as well as my father.
all sorted now, staff were able to place them both on the vulnerable patients list, so medication is repeated on prescription.
they also took this prescriptions to the pharmacy who were also fantastic.
good praise when a job is done so well, with respect and understanding. | ||||||

I have been offered two same day appointments recently. Also used the email consultation process and revived very quick response. | ||||||
