I have been with this medical practice for a good couple of months now and am getting really bad hearted with some of the doctors whom I talk too … I have been reading some of the reviews and in my case i take medicine for mental health and am on strong pain medicine for damage to my left shoulder witch I get loads of pain daily when someone rings to talk to a doctor you would one would get the right help not to be told that you are getting taken off some of your medicine I don’t get this practice you Surport to get the right level of care out the right duty of care not to be told that your getting taking off medication that will make you really poorly if there get stopped…and after asking the doctors why , you don’t get the right answers | ||||||

Went for appointment 2day an my fault was 10mins late got my appointment mixed up as was having my B12 every orher day. Was told i cusnt see nurse as she was fully booked i apologised and asked if i could come back before closing as my injection takes a few seconds 2 do...was told i wud now av 2 go the chadwick onelife instead on the night thats a 4 day gap 4 my B12 can understand how busy they are but 4 the sake of an injection that takes seconds it not rite. | ||||||

I work in the nhs and work shifts so sometimes I cannot just ring for an appointment on the day as my shifts are all full days, I know that the practice isn’t t open on a Saturday so I could t make an appointment for then. I do understand that the doctors are over whelmed and the staff take a lot of abuse but all I’m asking for is an appointment that I can make in advance to fit my work schedule | ||||||
