My doctor is very kind and understanding and has helped a me lot of the years, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the surgery. The receptionists have always been helpful and also the nurses who act caringly and in a friendly manner. |

Last time I had to make an appointment I had to hold on and wait for one and a quarter hours before anyone answered the telephone. How they can consider their widely criticised telephone response as acceptable is beyond comprehension.
It used to be so much better.

I am very happy with this practice, apart from 1 thing. I have been trying for 4 days to get through to the surgery by telephone. I have desperately been trying to speak to someone to request a repeat prescription, without success. I work and am unable to go in person, as the hours I work make things impossible. |
