Sensational service yesterday at Park Lane Surgery. I had a few lumps and bumps that needed removing and was expecting several trips to North Tees and a massive wait. Instead they were treated and removed by our expert doctors and nursing staff at Park Lane Surgery. As usual I was greeted with a smile by the reception team. After a very short wait I was taken into the procedure room. The doctor and nurse formally greeted me with a handshake. The doctor took time to explain the procedure and to correctly consent me. The care that they took during the procedure was first class and at no time did I feel any pain.
I would like to formally thank the whole team for their exacting work.
We are privileged to have such a great surgery. | ||||||

I am always addressed by my Christian name and treated with respect and efficiency whenever I need to contact the surgery,,urgent appointments are always available when needed even if you have to see a different doctor from your usually one, they are all friendly and helpful and never make you feel rushed | ||||||

Always request appointments with one particular doctor as she is the only female gp there and feel comfortable speaking to her about everything. She goes out of her way to ensure you are comfortable and happy going to see her and couldn’t ask for better practice. | ||||||
