Wish you could tell us if it would be morning or afternoon for doctor callback ,1pm been waiting since this morning,dare not go out which I do need to go ,so could be waiting till this evening ,just an approx idea of time would be very helpful Reply from Coulby Medical Practice Fri, 13 Apr 2018 16:26:06 +0100 Many thanks for your feedback in regards to waiting for a call back from a GP. We do appreciate the issue that you have raised. The GPs do prioritise the order of call backs based on urgency and therefore it is difficult to provide an approximate time of call back when booking with our reception team/online. However, the GPs are very happy to call-back on mobile telephone numbers or happy for you to leave a message when booking your call back to say that you will be unavailable during a certain time when you wish to go out.
