The Doctors, nurses and reception staff have been very helpful in aiding my recovery. The diagnoses, medication and support I have received has aided my recovery. I would just like to thank you all. | ||||||

Impossible to get an appointment! Start ringing as soon as the lines open. Ring over and over again while its constantly engaged. Finally get through and although its only 15 minutes since the lines open there are no appointments left in any practice. The best she could give me was an appointment on SATURDAY at the One Life.....Its TUESDAY!!!! How on earth do elderly and infirm patients cope with this?? | ||||||

This morning I called the practice 157 times by pressing redial and didn’t manage to get an appointment with the dr I wanted to see about an ongoing issue. I was offered an appointment with a Nurse practitioner. I have also tried to book a pre bookable appointment over the last two weeks without luck.
