My daughter had an appointment with the GP on 21/11/22. GP advised my daughter to make another appointment to discuss her treatment further. Went to the reception on way out to make a face to face appointment as advised by the GP only to be told by the ignorant,arrogant male receptionist to ring at 8 am the next day (not always possible if you are working).I explained that the GP had told me to make the appointment on leaving again to be told to ring 8am the next day. No apologies from this jobsworth receptionist just a look that could kill. How he keeps his job is a mystery to me. Somebody needs to give him some serious training in customer service. |

I had an annual review. The appointment was made and I was seen promptly. The reviewer was lovely and friendly. They took note of all my answers, were very gentle at the blood taking even though it is never easy for them to get it from me. They then explained the next step and the timescale of the update. It was an excellent service. |

Had reason to call this practice today didn't wait long to get to speak to receptionist she was very helpful as was the lady she put me through to,got call back in 1hr. Everything sorted no complaints from me,very helpful. |
