a nurse came to my home last week i am hard of hearing let her in as she was outside my house told her i could not near i lip read .and was telling her id had a fall turned round and she was walking out the front door .what did she want why did she come to my home waving a piece of paper .saw doctor once all time hes been my doctor was very polite and friendly .opened door for me , | ||||||

only been my doctor since jan 2018 ,been once to see dr.had 2 letters saying my check up is due .im not one for doctors take no tablets am disabled but how can i get these check ups when i cant get in past these receptionist .not been out my house for over 3 years i fall.get up get in bed and bother no one ..i remember when there was no nhs.when my 4 year old brother died as we couldnt afford a doctor .but now it is abused not by me ... not seen my family in 10 years so am alone and now just stay in and hope i survive .will not phone ever again to hear that fast speaking robot ....send me no more check up letters when i cant get to the surgery ..my daughter works in a surgery in the midlands as i said she not spoken to me in 10 years whats the training for receptionist cos it makes rotwielers .. | ||||||

Can't make a appointment. Staff snotty. Failed to make 3call back appointments. Failed to book a depo jab in. Constantly send letter saying our child hasn't had his jab. Can never ever get through on phone. Can only make appointments at 9am if. Ot tough luck. Avoid like the plague. Completely useless. Wouldn't trust them to prescribe paracetamol. AVOID AVOID AVOID. | ||||||
