The new doctor at the practice is fantastic. I felt like he wanted me to make full use of my 10 minute appointment and listened to what I had to say. I work in the NHS myself so understand the workload pressures GPs are under but I wasnt made to feel rushed. As a result I was confident in his diagnosis. He recommended that I had my blood tested to be extra sure. I was also provided with some literature to take away to read more about how best to manage my symptoms. My height and weight were taken with some general questions about my lifestyle - I felt like I had a full MOT. Once my blood results came back I was contacted to let me know that everything was normal and there was no further action needed. I am not surprised that the practice has been rated outstanding by CQC. | ||||||

I’ve been going to this surgery all my life and never had cause to complain. Most recently saw a particular doctor, who I would recommend without hesitation. Very professional and helpful. | ||||||
