I've asked on more than 1 occasion to support my child out of school 3/4 of missed education since 2018, only for gp to speak to cahms and cahms to close the doors before it's even opened because he's autistic and not being able to attend school due to school anxiety. There's no support for my child in getting suitable support for his education. Another review about myself, I'm an asthmatic and called paramedics out by gp and he told them that I was fabricating my own I'll, even though after treatment my stats went up. I wheezed for months on end, not getting appropriate sleep, using my ventolin more than recommended. I refuse to speak to him or have any connection with him. That's extremely poor service. |

Quite possibly the worst surgery I have ever dealt with. The staff can be rude. The doctors extremely rude. The only thing going for it is nurse Mel |

The worst GP surgery around without a doubt. Everything is too much trouble! Doctors just don’t turn up in the morning, the office staff can be incredibly rude and don’t even try to get in touch with them because they only let you call after 11 for anything other than appointments yet by 8.10am all the appointments are gone. Have put in several complaints, none of which have been responded to. They make you feel like the biggest inconvenience on the phone considering that’s their job! The GP’s disagree with each other, I’ve had 3 different doctors all disagree with each other over medication and long term treatment for a chronic condition. If there was any other surgery to move to, I’d move my family out. I am disgusted at how they treat patients and very rarely hear a good word about them. All the chemists in the area slate them because of how they deal with patients and their prescriptions. Seriously if you can manage to get into any other surgery, please do because you’ll be saving yourself a lot of time and energy. |
