The receptionist shocked me with the ability to be unbelievably rude, unhelpful and unkind with an attitude like they have no concept of politeness or willingness to support you. Unbelievable lack of interpersonal skills in the place where people come for help. Paid by taxpayers!!! This attitude is insulting to the hard working, lovely NHS staff. | ||||||

Doctor made a telephone appointment for me with the diabetes lady doc for 11.30 2nd October.Was told I was in the list for a call and there was 2 of us left about 3pm.Did not get a call.Nobody bothered to call and say call would not be coming.I shall be out most of the day tomorrow if call happens to be carried over.As it is now 8pm I would say there is not going to be a call tonight | ||||||
