Told on arrival my appointment was at their other surgery two miles away. Had never been to their other surgery and I live 100 metres from Chester road. No attempt to fix their mistake. Poor service and patient care. | ||||||

So I’ve had a fear of doctors for the longest time but since joining North Trafford my anxiety has been eased and I feel like the doctors actually care about my issues wether it’s physical or mental, they ask genuine questions and truly care about the problem and solution. Usually doctors make me feel like I’m a nuisance but i finally feel comfortable speaking about my issues because they’re so welcoming and helpful. I’ve spoken to 3 different doctors, all extremely kind and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the appointment and treatment. I highly recommend. | ||||||
