Fantastic modern facilities, plenty of staff and loads of GP's. What excuse can they have for such a poor service? If I treated my customers like this I wouldn't have any! |

Doctors are good but practice administration and communication leaves a lot to be desired. Practice are failing badly to act timely upon hospital discharge/consultant requests eg change in medication/tests etc. Great difficulty in communicating either by “ask my gp” which closes quickly after it is opened up so you then end up telephoning to be put in a queue for 45 minutes or more. The practice urgently needs more efficient and better customer focussed admin management/staff - the patients deserve a much better service. |
