The recent change in admin Procedures and appointment telephone or face to face are so bad. You never get to speak to doctor until 2 weeks later from when you were unwell.. its become like the Ali medical practice seymour grove that had bad staff and incompetent appointment procedures whuch was no good to the patients needs.. | ||||||

I have been transfered here as my GP closed. This is the worst GP practice I have ever encountered and I have no choice but to try to move to another practice. It is almost impossible to make an appointment. You have to download the app and then log on. I have tried 7 times to make an appointment. They all go immediately. You log on at 8am and if you're really lucky you'll get a phone call appointment from the GP. Trying to see someone in person is virtually impossible, don't even bother trying. That's if you can get an appointment at all as everyone is trying at the same time. You are discouraged from calling on the phone and told only to do so if you don't have access to a smartphone. There is then a long wait to get through and you're told no appointments left and to log on to the app at 8am the following day!!! Why is it so difficult to get to see your GP? It just isn't working. It's almost as if you don't want people to book. Look at all your negative reviews. The NHS is a wonderful service but those in charge here should be ashamed of themselves. You are causing people so much stress just trying to get an appointment. I am so disappointed as it seems are many others. I'm writing formal complaints to as many relevant bodies as I can about your disgustingly poor service. | ||||||

Having been transferred recently to this doctors surgery from the now closed Ayers Road practice, I was expecting it to be better or at least as good. Sadly not, my daughter and myself have both had negative experiences.
The receptionist actually told my daughter what another patient was seeing the nurse for, not a lot of patient confidentiality there!
I was sat waiting for 45 minutes because the receptionist had failed to tell the clinician that I was there, this was in spite of the fact that three times I have asked the receptionist how much longer I would be waiting. There was no apology for my wait, it is as if my time is not important.
This morning I was foolish enough to phone to try to get an appointment, I waited in the phone listening to how important my call was and how busy they were, I waited at least fifteen minutes and then I was cut off. This service is appalling | ||||||
