I always have an appointment when needed. There are a alternative options I can use e.g. online forms which come in handy later in the day or if the practice phoneline is engaged. The reception staff are very polite and helpful each time I have called up or been in person. GP is straight to the point and gets the job done thoroughly. Me and the family appreciate all the hard work and pressure you've been under for the past 18 months |

Doctor gave the impression he was not concerned with what l was trying to explain my symptoms and how l was feeling l asked him for blood test which l was given a month wait lam 73 years old and do not expect to be treated this way l am now waiting for 9days for another appointment as my problem has worsened |
