Telephone lines open at 8 I started ringing well before then at 07.59 I got through got told 2nd in the que phone got put down eventually got through caller number 5 told no more Tel app told they have 3 phones all with callers waiting so all 3 phones could have caller Num 5 so that’s 15 in total very rude and I mean rude receptionist who speak to you like your rubbish reading the reviews on rude receptionist you would think the practice manager would pull her finger out and do something about it they are great at responding to the very limited positive reviews. Let’s see if they respond to this one is it true you have 3 people on 3 phones at 08.00 in the morning taking telephone appointments or was I lied too ?????. Stop blaming COVID and get some manners your receptionists so learn some manners and stop speaking to patients like they are something that has crawled out of the gutter !!!! |

I had an appointment with a Dr this morning, and was very disappointed. I have been having chest pain that is under investigation. He put the stethoscope on my chest , well, just tapped it is more accurate. He didn't have a proper listen to my heart. I told him I was still experiencing pain, palpitations and breathlessness. There was a letter from the cardiology nurse, and had information on my ECG which was abnormal. I need an angiogram and another ECG. I am already making a claim against Tameside hospital, butI will be changing surgeries. He didn't seem to care, and said just wait for the referral and go back to work. In other words, go away, I'm not interested. Not impressed at all. |
