Last but certainly not the least. Thank you all at the practice for putting yourselves in harm’s way, there are no words to say how thankful, grateful and concerned all the patients feel towards you all. kind regards Roy and Margaret Palmer |

My wife and I have been patients for some 50 years, since the surgery was a bleak house across the road. The current surgery is not only modern in both structure and practise, but our doctors and all the staff are welcoming and supportive. (My wife, who worked there as a receptionist for about 17 years in the '80s is not claiming any credit for this). |

It's a waste of words and nerves to describe what's going on there. 1 star because I can't give 0 stars. The Receptionists staf in this GP practice are so condescending! Just one Male receptionist is nice and helpful .I hope I will never have to deal with them again. Your health is nothing to them.I did live in many parts of England but have never experienced anything like this. Doctors don't care - They ignored my symptoms completely and now I have to go to have a procedure that could have ben avoided if the doctors hadn't downplayed my symptoms.... I finally broke down and left.....shame it wasn't sooner |
